Frequently asked questions

What are you doing to be a sustainable business?


We use biodegradable packaging, with ecoadesive, that starts decomposing within weeks if you throw it in regular trash. We suggest that you recycle it - as it doesn't contain plastic, the recycling process is easier and there's no need to separate materials. The paper used to manufacture our notebooks is not being sourced from rainforests or threatened habitats. The production chain is small - our notebooks are manufactured in a small, local printer in Portugal and then they end up with us, to be shipped to you.




What is your returns policy?


We don't do returns on products. However, if there's an issue with an item, please email daisynotebooks@gmail.com with a description of the issue and we will be happy to send you a replacement!




How do your charity donations work?


I believe that businesses have a responsibility to help make the world a better place, therefore 10% of our sales will benefit different charities. Depending on how long each collection or product is on the website, donations will either happen every three months or when the collection is taken offline.




What are your COVID-19 precautions?


All of our products will be handled with gloves, on regularly disinfected surfaces. There's only one person handling the products and packaging them, so your notebooks won't have passed loads of hands before getting to you.




Where do you ship to?


At the moment, we only ship to Europe and North America, but we will be adding more regions to our list very soon.




What types of payments do you accept?


We currently accept debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal, it will redirect you to a checkout page on their website and you can pay through there.
